1. Prices: Prices quoted are pre-tax and in U.S. dollars, F.O.B. Ontario, California, U.S.A., ex-warehouse.

2. Limited Warranty: All containers or/and accessories are subject to minor variations in sizes, shapes, and shades and cannot be guaranteed to exactly match previous purchases or as shown on the website.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for testing the compatibility of their products with Seller's containers or/and accessories.

3. Terms of Payment: Payment by PayPal or credit card through PayPal.

4. Shipping & Handling: Orders received before noon, Pacific Standard Time, are usually shipped the same day that the shipping invoice is paid, and are shipped via UPS Ground prepaid. Shipping & handling fees, determined at time of shipment, and will be invoiced separately via email through PayPal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A $10 handling fee will apply for orders under $50.
All bottles or/and jars ordered are subject to a $5 re-packing fees per box. Net purchase of pre-tax amount of $500 or above will be shipped UPS Ground Free within continental USA. This offer does not apply to any of the following:
   a. receiving/consigneee's address is in a foreign country or in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico; or/and
   b. orders of Bottles & Jars, Accessories & Supplies, Drop-Ship, Products with Special Discount; or/and
   c. orders shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) will be subject to an extra $8.00 handling fee per box.

5. Return & Exchange:    a. All returns require a prior written authorization with a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
   b. Claims for shortage/damaged/defective/incorrect goods received must be reported within 7 days of receipt, or all such claims
shall be deemed waived. Custom and/or special orders are not allowed for any return & exchange.
   c. All returned goods must be in "as sold" condition & in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging & shipped in sealed cartons
with appropriate packaging materials, freight prepaid by Buyer. A packing list with the RGA number & itemized returned goods'
description & quantity should be included. Buyer will be charged a 20% re-stocking fees based on total invoice amount on
any approved return.
   d. NO cash refund will be given. Credit issued will be applied for exchange of goods or in Buyer's next order.
   e. Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days from shipment date.

6. Cancellation: All back-orders will be cancelled automatically. Customers could order them again in their next order
